About Me

Hi there! I’m Zach Schaarschmidt, owner/designer/builder at Schaarschmidt Carpentry LLC. I enjoy turning creative ideas into one-of-a-kind spaces, from sheds and decks to custom woodwork. I take pride in quality craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.

I’m a proponent of using reclaimed materials to add character and history to projects when appropriate.

My occasional helper is my scrap-wood loving mutt Kava.
